Rich Dad Poor Dad

The author had two fathers, a rich one and a poor one. One was highly educated and had a Ph.D. degree, went to Stanford, University, Chicago University, all on full financial scholarship. He was author's biological dad. The other father never finished the eighth grade. He was author's friend's dad.The author calls his educated dad as poor dad and other one as rich dad.
Confused??
I was too.

The author says "If you want to be rich and happy. Don't go to school." Thats another controversial line. But the author explained this logic very beautifully.
One dad had a habit of saying, "I can't afford it." The other dad forbade those words to be used. He used to say, "How can I afford it?"
One dad said, "The reason I'm not rich is because I have you kids." The other said, "The reason I must be rich is because I have you kids."
One dad said, "When it comes to money, play it safe, don't take risks." The other said, "Learn to manage risk."
One believed, "Our home is our largest investment and our greatest asset." The other believed, "My house is a liability, and if your house is your largest investment, you're in trouble."
The author used to listen his both dads but at one point of time he decides to follow his rich dad only, no matter what his poor dad believes.
The author explained each saying of his rich dad very logically. Like his rich dad required his children to say, "How can I afford it?" His reasoning, the words "I can't afford it" shut down your brain. It didn't have to think anymore. "How can I afford it?" opened up the brain. Forced it to think and search for answers.
I really enjoyed this and its is must read for all the management student.

About the author: Robert Toru Kiyosaki is an American investor, businessman, self-help author, motivational speaker, financial literacy activist, and financial commentator. He has written over 15 books which have combined sales of over 26 million copies.

Some where in Uttrakhand

It was totally unplanned. We were fed up of doing coding daily and decided to do some adventurous. I called my mom that we are going to Rishikesh but the place we explored on internet was 350km away from that.
We started our journey on Dec 21 and decided to stay there till Christmas (If we survive on the so called Doom’s day). We took deluxe bus from Delhi to Rishikesh at 11 in the night.

The adventure has already begun and we didn’t know. Actually it was all foggy that night and the visibility was hardly 8-10 meters. Fog was so dense that looking outside the window pane seeming we were hovering over the clouds.

We reached Rishikesh at around 7 in the morning. From Rishikesh we took bus to RudraPrayag.
Our bus was going between the hills. And suddenly at one place, I saw a stunning cricket ground and I got the reason why Cricket is a religion in India. Like Temples, that you can find everywhere, same as with Cricket Grounds.

RudraPrayag, the place where Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to form the holy Ganges. It was a beautiful site. From one side Alaknanda was flowing in dark blue color and from other side, Bhagirathi was in a bit whitish color and together they were forming serene sky blue color. And the sound of water, it was so delightful that we were watching spellbound. We took lunch there in RudraPrayag and boarded on bus at 4 in the evening to UkhiMath.

From Rudraprayag, the roads were totally rough and ruptured. Actually this part of Uttrakhand stroke with a massive cloud burst last year. And due to flood, landslide and cloud burst, the roads got scuppered.

There were several instances when I looked down from the window and saw a gorge several feet deep, just inches away from the bus. And deep down the gorge, the holy Ganges was flowing in a full swing.

As we were approaching Ukhimath, the roads were getting more narrow and rough. But I must admire the drivers there. I mean there was not a single chance of committing a mistake on these roads.
When we reached Ukhimath, we thanked the driver for such a safe journey. I got to know that he has an experience of 30 years of driving on the same route. From Ukhimath we took bus to Saari village. At this point of time we were all tired of traveling for whole day. But all our tiredness vanished when we saw ravishing white snow coated hills from the bus window. It was a magnetic view, attracting us.

Finally we reached Saari Village at 8pm. It was a small village surrounded with mountains. Our guide Negi was waiting for us there. With him, we reached our guest house and unloaded our luggage there. But our journey didn’t end up there. Now we had to do trekking over the mountain to reach our destination Deoria Tal.
As the temperature was very low at that moment of time, we packed ourselves with as much as clothes we can wear.
Our trekking started at 9 in the night under twilight. The sky was damn clear. I haven’t seen that much of stars in my life. May be the reason is we were more near to the space or there were zero pollution or may be both.

Our cook joined us in the mid way. We were trekking between the jungles and mountains and it was all under moonlight. Finally after an hour of exhausted trekking, we reached our destination Deoria Tal. At the top of the hill there was a small valley and in the middle of the valley there was a small lake. As it was already late at night, we decided to take our dinner and wake up early morning to capture the sun rise scene between the hills.
We set up our camp in the middle of the jungle. There was a serene silence there. Our guide told us that two days back a bear attacked two guys and after this information, we literally feared. I was unable to sleep after that. I thought thousand of plans to run off if we encounter such a situation in this dense jungle.

Finally after a frightful night, we woke up early in the morning and it was about to sun rise. We rushed to the lake to capture the reflection of snowy mountains in the lake. The area was heavily wooded, lush green surroundings with snow covered mountains in the backdrop. It was such a charming view.

We spent 4-5 hours there at the bank of the lake. We played cards there. Our cook made delicious food. After so many days I enjoyed sunlight. Sky was damn clear. Lush green valley with lake surrounded with snowy mountains, bright sunlight, yummy food and cards, it was like heaven.

In afternoon, we decided to explore this area more. We planned to visit Duggal Bitta and Choupta, a place about 25 kilometer from Deoria Tal. But for this first we had to do trekking all the way back from Deoria Tal to our guest house in Saari village.

While trekking we captured some pictures of Saari village, their people, houses and their lifestyle. We also found some orange fruits mid way and we couldn't resist ourselves from plucking that juicy fruits.

From Saari village we took private cabs to Duggal Bitta. As this place was located more higher in altitude, the temperature was very low there, I think it was in negative.

The journey continues......

Facebook Crap

Blog Marathon - Post # 4

The problem with people these days is that they post every single crap on their facebook wall (or timeline these days :-) ). Their posts are like "Cooking maggy... oh my god its so yummmyyy… I’m lovin it!!!” I would suggest them, guys no one gives a shit. Why don’t you update your status while brushing your teeth as well, just as "Brushing my teeth after 24 hours... yeaaah feeling great !!!" Dude nobody cares unless you are a girl. Yeah seriously man.

And the problem with girls these days, their statuses start with bit suspense. "Don't you dare to do this again". Or they just have to put a saddy “ :-( ” on their wall and after that, the troll starts. Guys keep on asking "What happened sweety?" for hours. And the reply comes. "Nothing, aise hi". What the fuq ????. I think this is the new entertainment channel for girls these days. Girls talk must be like this “You know… today I got 78 comments and 122 likes, I won today as  I got 10 likes and 20 comments more than you.”

And the new trend to help poor people. One picture of a poor little girl uploads with caption “Like if you are against hunger”. And people starts liking and within minutes that picture gets 10,000 likes, and people feel very proud.  It’s like their one 'like' will act as Rs. 100 note and directly reach to that poor little girl whose picture they are sharing.

Guys what happened to you ?? Post something meaningful, like I’m going to post this blogpost on my wall.

Gurgaon from my eyes

Blog Marathon - Post # 3

It’s been more than 10 months that I'm into this Electronic city. It’s a city of ambitions. People come here, build their dreams and live like what we call these days gangnam style. But today I'm writing what I have observed about this city. Here are some interesting facts about Gurgaon.

This pic is stolen from here
  • Gurgaon has no roots of its own. Almost everybody here is from different city. So nobody can actually claim that it is ‘his Gurgaon’.
  • Yesterday my landlord told her daughter that they are planning to visit Qutub Minar. Then that little daughter asked very cutely 'Mom which mall is Qutub Minar'. Sad but true. The only things to hang out in Gurgaon are Malls. If the weather is good, we plan to visit Malls. If the weather is bad, we plan to visit Malls. Almost every plan ended up to Malls in Gurgaon.
  • Window shopping, window shopping and window shopping. These are things we do in malls. Guys generally select things in stores at malls, come back home, browse online shopping websites, redeem coupons and buy the same things online.
  • Auto walas here will not kick start their auto until it is packed with at least 12 persons. Almost every auto wala has developed his skills to drive the auto by sitting on the side passenger seat because his own driving seat is already been offered to some other passenger.
  • Traffic is the biggest problem in Gurgaon. My small company has strength of 1000 and from 1000 I think 350-400 come by driving their own cars. It was an example of a small company. And in Gurgaon, you will find big companies like Infosys, TCS, Microsoft, and Google. Maruti has 28000 employees only in Gurgaon. You can easily imagine the traffic problem of Gurgaon.
  • In metro trains, if the person is alone, you will find earphone stucked into his ears. If he is not alone, you will find him preaching down his project managers. Every second person in Gurgaon is a software engineer.
  • In Gurgaon you will find more PGs than homes. PGs are the places where horrible food is fed to the peoples. And in search of eatable food, people keep on changing these PGs. The same apply on their jobs. In Gurgaon, people very frequently switch their jobs.
  • The buildings here are very fascinating. But I think after building all these buildings, Government got to know that they forgot to give drainage system to this city. Sectors get flooded with water on rainy seasons here.

Da-fuq moments of my birthday

Blog marathon - post # 2

This pic is stolen from here

When you are expecting a high volume beer party with all your best buddies rolling yummy chocolate cake on your face, but all you got a single tasteless sandwich and nothing else for whole damn day.

When just 5 minutes left for the train to departure and at that moment you got to know that Delhi railway station and New Delhi railway station are actually two different railway stations and you are standing on the wrong one.

When you have to wait for someone not just for 15-20 minutes but for 4 hours and there is nothing for time pass nearby. No mall, no theatre and not even a single shop because of Sunday.

When you are expecting a Shatabadi Express AC coach ride with romantic Danielle Steel novel, and all you got a crowded roadways bus running at 25 km/h.

But my whole day fret, irritation, tiredness gone in one second when finally I reached home at 11:45 pm and ate my Mom’s food after so long.

I still do childish things

Blog marathon- Post # 1:

I turned 25 this month. This year was very special for me as I stepped into professional life. But for me, I still find a child in myself.

Here are 10 I-STILL-DO-CHILDISH-THINGS facts about me.

·        I still chew my nails. I know it’s a bad habit but chewing nails give me power to think with supernova speed.
·        I still paste timetables. You can find weekly, monthly plans on my room's walls. Though I never follow ;)
·        I read Danielle Steel, Agatha Christie, PG Wadehouse but RK Narayanan, Munshi Prem Chand and Chetan Bhagat are still my favorite authors
·        Cricket is still my first priority. Radio commentaries, mobile score, cricinfo.com, ESPN are always activated around me.
·        Unlike my all other friends I am not a phone addicted person. Last month I sent just 4 sms' and my cell's battery lasts up to 15 days without charging.
·        Music Bands, Rock music, Jazz still don't fascinate me. I still like high beat bhangra songs and like to dance on its beats.
·        I still read Chacha Chaudhary and Pinki comics. Though I don’t find them in market, but I read online.
·        I still cry during an emotional scene in a movie. Last movie was 'Burfi' and I was actually crying in the last scene.
·        My mom still teaches me to say ‘namaste’ and ‘pari pona’ whenever I am going to visit any relative.
·        I still love maggi and may be the reason is this is the only thing I can cook.

Did I waste you time ?? So sorry.... you can curse me below :)

Blog Marathon

This picture is stolen from here.
To keep myself focused and motivated for blogging, I decided to start blog marathon. This idea was wandering in my mind from few days and I think I should give it a shot. I am going to write 21 blog posts back to back, one post per day. Though marathon is of 42 kilometers but it would be great if I complete half marathon, because the kind of job I’m doing (9 to 9), it’s very difficult to get time for blogging. Let’s see if I’m able to complete 21 posts in a row.
I have not made a particular list of topics on which I’ll be writing. I will just write what my mind wanders while doing daily routine life things.
Thanks Preeti Shenoy for this lovely idea.

Whose fault ??

The debate was on its peak, and the topic, same 'corruption'. Two speakers on NDTV were debating, one in favor of Anna Hazare movement, and one against.

Rohit, a software engineer in a multinational company, was listening to this debate with a great interest. For some extent he also agreed with this movement.

"From Politician to Traffic Police, everybody is involved in this bloody business" Rohit, from whom a traffic policeman took 500 as bribe, today only, said distressingly.

"You just keep quiet on this topic." Deepika, wife of Rohit said. In her college days, Deepika participated a lot in these movements, but after marriage, she too became a mute audience in front of the television.

“Why should I? After all I’m also an ideal citizen of India” Rohit asked with a bit anxiety.

“If you do not participate in building the system, you do not have rights to speak against the system.” Deepika replied.

“What do you mean?” Rohit slowed down the TV volume and asked. His full concentration was on his wife now, rather on TV.

“Ok... tell me, when last time you went for polling? Every election you skipped because of your office work or that your damn client calls.” Deepika explained.

“My single vote doesn’t affect the system” Rohit passed a witty remark.

The topic of debate on the television was now the topic of debate of Rohit and his wife.
“Haha… 55% people think the same as you. You know this time only 45% of the city people casted their votes.” Deepika said with a cunning smile.

Rohit didn’t bother to stretch the debate. He promised his wife to cast next time, turned off the TV and slept.

Next day Rohit was in great hurry. Deepika knew that he has a client call; a person from USA will decide his next course of action. Whenever there is a client call, Rohit goes out of his mind and the only thing he can think of, is his client.

“Hey… Can you wait for a while? Actually I have an appointment with the dentist. So just drop me on the route to your office.” Deepika asked his husband. Though Rohit was already getting late, but he didn’t argue and agreed.

In the middle of the route, what they see, there is a traffic jam. Some Anna movement volunteers were protesting.

These freaky people, don’t they have time to do other stuff instead of troubling the public?” Impatient Rohit said in anger.

Deepika stayed quiet.

Some how he escaped from the jam but couldn’t from his bad luck. In anxiety, he forgot to wear seat belt and a traffic constable caught him.

As he was already getting late, he took a note of 500 and gave it to the constable to escape from the spar.

Deepika had no words to say. She was just watching through the glass and thinking.
“Who is responsible for this system, the foreigners, who think they can take any work out of puppet Indians or the Indians who give them peak priority, the traffic constables who take bribe or the ones’ who give them, the politicians or the people who vote them or the people who do not bother to vote any ?”

With this dilemma, she reached where she was heading for.

Are problems really problematic?

What if everything goes smooth in your life? You go to office, do your duty, come back, watch TV, sleep and next day again same schedule, same office, same TV. Isn’t it boring?
The excitement comes when you get a problem. Don’t you believe?
When you get a problem, you start thinking smartly, you do something creative to solve that problem, you come to know about your strengths, means you do something different from you regular routine.
Some of my friends used to create problems intentionally when we were in college. Because creating problem and finding solution both gave them limelight. And if there is problem, there will be a solution, that’s for sure.
Why we call maths questions to problems, because they help to enhance our mental ability.
So problems teach us, inspire us, and encourage us to think out of the box. Without problems we would not grow.

5 books one must read for self motivation.

1. Connect the dots.
When Rashmi Bansal wrote her first book “Stay hungry stay foolish”, it created bizarre among MBA students. That was on 25 successful entrepreneurs who passed out of IIM-A and their journey of becoming multimillionaire. After that book, people started thinking that only management institutes crops up multimillionaires. So to shut all those mouths, Rashmi Bansal wrote her next book “connect the dots”. It is the success stories of 20 successful entrepreneurs without an MBA who dared to find their own path. Every story that I have read in this book is an eye opener. The stories are classified into three categories – Jugaad, Junoon and Zubaan.

  1. Jugaad – has the stories of entrepreneurs who have no formal training in business and and learnt by observation, experimentation and application of mind.
  2. Junoon – has stories of seven entrepreneurs who are driven by a particular idea, or passion.
  3. Zubaan – has the stories of creative people who were in need of a platform to express themselves.

You will learn to swim only when you jump into deep water and these stories will give you the courage to do so .

2. The monk who sold his Ferrari.
This book is about how to bring those things in life that money can't buy, like happiness. This well crafted story by Robin S Sharma provides an approach to living a simple life with greater balance, strength, courage and happiness.
The monk who sold his Ferrari is a tale of Julian Mantle, a lawyer who had achieved everything most of us could ever want: professional success with a seven figure income, a grand mansion in a neighborhood inhabited by celebrities, a private jet, a summer home on a tropical island and a shiny red Ferrari. But one thing is missing, the happiness, the joy, the inner peace. The story is about how he found all this in the peeks of Himalayas. This book has changed my whole mental attitude, obviously in positive manner. The principles explained in this book are pasted on my room's wall. Some of the virtues are:

  1. Master your mind
  2. Follow your purpose
  3. Practice kaizen
  4. Live with discipline
  5. Respect your time
  6. Selflessly serve others
  7. Embrace the present

3. Discover the diamond in you.
Its a 59 minute guide to success, because you can finish it in less than an hour. Professor Arindam Chaudhuri, an economist, management guru and also an eminent author brings a lot of real life success examples in front of you via this book. Arindam in this books questions those criticizers as whether they knew Sachin, at the age of 13 used to practice cricket for 5 hours every morning. He asks them as to how many people they know who wake up that early and practice their passion at that yound age. Only winners have that in them. So many other examples.

  1. Marilyn Monroe was rejected by 20th century fox as they thought she was unattractive.
  2. Beethoven music teacher told him that as a composer he is hopeless.
  3. KFC's Sanders pitched his secret recipe to 1000+ restaurants. Finally he got a taker.

Whenever I lose hope in something, I read this book. And in one hour I'm again full of energy. A must read for everyone.

4. How to win friends and influence people.
The main point of this book is that if you want to have friends and be successful, you should be nice not mean. It sounds so obvious and I thought I was doing it, but now I realize all the mean things that I've done and still do to people when I don't get along with them. Now I try to think more about the other person's perspective . I've already noticed a change in the way I interact with people.
That fundamental principles are the same that you have learn t from you grandparents or parents or from you favorite teachers. But the presentation in this book is just awesome.
Some major sections of this book are:

  1. Fundamental Techniques in Handling People
  2. Six Ways to Make People Like You
  3. Twelve Ways to Win People to Your Way of Thinking
  4. Be a Leader: How to Change People Without Giving Offense or Arousing Resentment
  5. Letters That Produced Miraculous Results
  6. Seven Rules For Making Your Home Life Happier

5. You can win.
Winners don’t do different things, they do things differently. That’s what Shiv Khera tried to explain via this book. You will find so many short motivational stories in this book that will compel you to change your perspective.
This book reveals the success strategies step by step with simple examples. The book is so interesting that I'm sure you will finish it in one stroke. But I'll suggest you to read it slowly chapter by chapter and make notes if possible.
This book is an international best seller with 2 million copies sold in 16 languages.
Ok signing off, probably will back with 5 best fictions coz I'm addicted to reading. For now good bye.
Happy reading.

A page from my personal diary

It is 5 degree outside. My blanket is unable to resist my shiver. Don't know its because of winter or my anxiety. My hostel is serenely silent right now.

Tonight is my last night in my hostel room. My eyes are revolving around the walls and tears are rolling down. Today I rooted up all my friends' pics pasted on the walls, my bags are packed and I will be leaving this room early morning. Don't know why but my heart not allowing me to do so. I used to had talks with my room. Under its roof  I weaved my dreams. I was in love with my room though it was always filled with my socks' smell and the best part is my room never complained.

Like others I too always joined the chorus in criticizing my university but yesterday when I was passing by my department I got goose bumps.

I'm leaving this University as a single. Yes single . Every time when I went to my hometown my friends ask " You are in Chandigarh and.... Still Single ???"
chalo there is a lot to come in coming future.

With the below lines I'm signing off from Chandigarh. Electronic city Gurgaon is waiting for me.....

"Is pal ko kaise rukaoon... main kaise bataoon.... ye dil ki hai baatein..
Na jaane wo meri kahani...wo meri zubaani .... nasheeli si raatein..
Lagta hai sapno sa jahaaan....
MAIN  IK  MUSAFIR  HU  YAHAAN....."

Simple or Complicated??

What's the very first thing we do in the morning? ... No, its not brushing the teeth... Bath?? ...no....what?? morning prayer?? O you never do that..... not even pee. Its the checking of mobile for any new message.

And who says mobile made our life simple?? My Mom calls me 4 times in the journey of three hours from Ludhiana to Chandigarh. 40% of my pocket money goes to enable this device ring. It is like some body part is missing when we run out of balance in mobile.

Actually I did one experiment "Life without mobile." I decided to switch off my mobile for 10 days. But I messed up in just 6 days. But in these 6 days, by just switching off this 3"x 2" device, I missed 3 extra classes because nothing to call me, 2 birthday parties, 10-12 of friends who came in hostel specially to meet me failed in their mission because I was somewhere else and..... whom to call?

My roommate calls an average of 4 hours daily to his girlfriend. And I calculated in 2 years of MCA he spent app. 87600 minutes in calling and I got the reason for 9000 crore turnover of Airtel. More friendships.... more no. of calls.... more business. Good strategy, I'll use sometime in my business. I still wonder how my Grandma spent two years without talking to my grandpa when he went to Bombay for trading.

This is the only device that taught us how to do everything with just one hand because the other hand is always busy in connecting the mobile with the listening mechanism of our body. Now we can eat, drive or even go to loo with just one hand. Some of my hostel mates developed their skills of tie up their laces of shoes with just one hand.

I am so hooked with text messages that even in exam I write like "Denis Richy ws a gr8 bdy."

This device disturbed me thrice while I was writing this blog post. And I have to rush now because my mobile screen is showing that we planned to hang out today and I'm one hour late. OK guys... bye. see ya.

Doctor, Shopkeeper, Rickshawala.......

My mom has some kinda cardiac problem. So she has to go for a regular check-up after every month. Each time the doctor charges Rs. 500 as consultant fees. And each time my father says "Look at this doctor, for just 2 minute check-up, he charges Rs. 500 and I have to burn my head whole day on my shop, then I'm able to earn Rs. 500." Anyway we can't do anything.

2-3 days before I was chatting with my friend outside my father's shop, a rickshawala was coming out of my shop and murmuring "This shopkeeper has nothing to do, he just has to sit on the chair for whole day and earns 500 and I have to pull the rickshaw for whole day then I'm able to earn Rs. 100."

Suddenly a beggar passed by me who was begging for food and I kept staring at him and was trying to figure out "Now what he will say ???"

The eagle and the chicken

I was sitting serene in my room, scrabbling my mind for a new topic for this blog. Suddenly my friend came and when I told him that I’m going to write a new blog post, the topic was just wrapped in his reply.
Let me tell you the whole conversation.
“Hey Kapil wazz up ???”
“Actually I’m thinking of a new topic for my blog and I’m not getting any vivid idea.”
“O com ‘on, let’s hang out.”
“No no. I have to write this.”
“And what’s the fun of writing this blog?”
“Somebody told me that it’s the first step for being a writer. It’s a platform for all the budding writers.”
“O com ’on man, you are not going to be Ruskin Bond or J. K. Rowling. Just leave this freaky blog and come.”

I refused to go, not because I was inert or feeling nausea. His last sentence “you are not going to be Ruskin Bond or J. K. Rowling.” remind me a story that my teacher told in my school time.
This story has changed my whole mental attitude. You have listen this before but I wanna share this to you all.

Once, a little boy was wandering in the jungle. Suddenly he saw that a new born little eagle fell off the nest. The little boy picked and brought that little eagle home. He placed that into his barnyard between the chickens. The young eagle found a good home with the chickens and grew up believing that he is a chicken. The hen also treated him like a chicken. The young eagle learned to quack and picking seeds from the ground like other chickens.
Once the young eagle was running under the fence and picking seeds off the ground. Suddenly he lifted his gaze and mesmerized with the sight of a beautiful eagle cruising the sky. He uttered “WOW!!! Look at that!!!”
And then he spread his wings and tried to fly like that eagle. He lifted a bit. He tried again. This time a bit more lifted. He tried 3-4 times. He started lifting 1-2 feet above the ground.
Then a chicken came.
“Hey…what are you doing??”
“Look at that bird in the sky. I was trying to fly like him.”
“O com’on …he is an eagle, the king of sky and we the chickens belong to the ground. We can’t fly like him.”
The young eagle realized that he is a chicken. With great disappointment, he bent his neck and again started picking seeds off the ground.

So the moral of the story is that if he had tried he could fly high up in the sky, but a chicken came and demoralized him.
So in the journey of life you will also find a lot of chickens who will demoralize you or distract you from your destiny, but you have to ignore them all and consider yourself as an eagle and never quit trying. After that you will also be the king of sky.
In the end I just want to say that after writing this blog I may not become a writer but I will not quit and this is my first step for being a writer.

Movie Review - Guzaarish

I had a week off from my studies so went for a movie, having no choice as Guzaarish was the only bollywood big release of this week. Even the movie had three big names Sanjay Leela Bansali, Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachhan, I was not expecting much, don't know why....may be the trailors were not as hot as "Munni badnam hui" (dabangg) or as cool as Golmaal 3.

So with little expectations we entered the theater, even it was the third day of release ,the theater was not half-filled. As expected the movie had no action, no comedy, no thriller, no suspense means not a single masala stuff that present in most of bollywood movies. One thing that i was hearing from the very first day of release that the "movie is emotional" , but the emotions in the movie were not able to invoke my emotions. The music was good but not as good as we buzz "tere must must do nain" the whole day.

But one thing I liked was the concept - " EUTHANASIA" , unique concept and I like uniqueness. The presentation was outstanding as it was Sanjay Leela's movie and  "Devdas" and "Black" were wandering in my mind. Superb acting by Aishwarya and Hrithik ...ofcourse...there'll be a little diappointment for Hrithik fans as there was not much to show his muscular body coz Hrithik was playing a paralyzed person in the movie. The locations in the movie will remember you about Sanjay Bansali's last two releases "Black" and "Saawaria".

So overall I liked the movie, one time watch, but for my friends "Guzaarish" was a big "Torture".

So for concept, for presentation, for cast and for makeup and dresses I'll give 2.5/5 stars.
Oh !!...my friend are saying "Its a high rating for Guzaarish.....it should be 1/5....naaa...0.5/5...oh no no... -ve marking"....O STOP YAAR.
